This is the official LittleBigLand thread for LBP Hub, which is a FREE iPhone/iPad/iTouch app giving the user a unique LBP.me interface as well as functionality that is available nowhere else.

Along with a new user interface for LBP.me designed specifically for you smart phone or tablet, LBP Hub also gives you:

1) The ability to follow your favorite creators. When viewing any creator's profile from in-app, just touch the follow button. The app will then notify you next time they publish or modify a level.

2) LBP Hub sums up all the data for your levels and presents it to you whenever you open the app. This way you don't have to fish through all of your levels to see how each level has been doing. It presents all the data for each level in one place, then you can use the app to view each level individually and read reviews, comments, and view activity.

3) Once you are done viewing all your level information you can easily go straight to any LBP forum, blog, music, or podcast straight from in-app using the Portal.

If there is anything that you would like added to LBP Hub, then please comment in this thread or PM me. I plan to continually update the app as long as people are using it so I am excited to hear what people would like to see.

I think it'd be cool to have a share button and then I can tweet, post on facebook, email, or message the URL. I'm not sure if it's possible to make a link that will open the app? Either way, that'd be cool!

Thanks, I'm glad that you like the app! And I'm also glad you credited Bludhound. I am trying to mention him as much as I can since he has been so busy lately and hasn't been able to post about the app, and I feel like I am getting a lot of the credit when we should be sharing it :(

First of all, thanks so much for reviewing the app and leaving a comment on the appstore! That was very kind :)

You sharing idea is an excellent one! Do you think people would be ok with logging into Facebook and Twitter to post? It shouldn't be very difficult on my end since I have used both of their API's a lot with other apps.

As for Lists, I'm not sure what you are talking about. I have the ability to view lists, and when you opt to Queue a level, you can also place it in a list. It's not the smoothest thing of all time to add it to a list thought :(

I plan on adding Photo support :)

Well, viewing lists of levels and viewing what lists that specific level is in. Like dis http://lbp.me/v/de9z05/lists

Viewing lists of levels is in the app. Whenever you are viewing a creators profile you can select to view their lists, and then if you select a list you can view the levels in that list.

However, I do not currently have the ability to view what lists a level is in. I will add that onto my list of things to consider adding :-)

I second this, I'm not spending an extremely bloated $700+ (i have no idea why the one available for Virgin mobile costs so much) to get a hassle-laden phone (cough*flashlessSafari*cough), even for an awesome free LBP app.

I will, however, load this on my annoying iPad, which I don't use nearly as much as my phone. (My next tablet will be an android.)

It has been stated many times that an android app for LBP.me is being made by ShadowriverUB AFP devlops for IOS devices so can not make one for android. Any questions regarding an android app should really be directed at ShadowriverUB.

Version 1.2 of LBP Hub was submitted this morning (I submitted it yesterday afternoon but then needed to resubmit because of an iOS6 issue). This update is HUGE and should really help add to the experience.

Here is what the update will contain:

1) Music has been added which was supplied by WeirdyBeardy

2) Sounds from LBP2 have been added throughout the app.

3) Data management has been added so now you can opt out of loading creator/player avatars and/or level links, which are what uses the most data in the app. If you opt out then there will just be the standard placeholder level link or player avatar. This will help make the app load much more quickly when using a slow 3G connection.

4) A settings menu has been added which is where you can adjust music, sound, and data settings.

5) Credits have been added so you can see everyone who helped out with LBP Hub.

6) There was an issue with loading more activity for a level when you pressed the "MOAR" button. Last week it began just loading the same page every time you pressed it because of a change on LBP.me. That has been corrected and you can once again load older activity.

7) Push Notifications have been added. This could turn out to be the best thing about the app for those who like to hear about LBP News the second it happen. Notifications will be used to pass LBP news such as new Mm Picks, forum level hubs, podcasts, DLC announcements/news, etc... as soon as the news is announced, and your iOS device will play a LBP sound when the news is pushed to it if you have the sound on.

8) A number of things were changed to improve memory management which will help the app to load and run more smoothly.
