Now, as you know we changed our forum software and had quite a few hiccups once we had changed over.
I’m glad to say that everything is fixed and you will now be able to use our forum as you were normally doing.
However! You will notice that your password no longer works, this is because we couldn’t import users password over.
But! I will now show you how reset your password, login and then change your password back to what it was in 8 simple steps.
Important!!! Before you do anything it is important that you delete your cookies for LittleBigLand. This doesn’t mean go to your kitchen cupboard and delete your cookies but stuffing them in your mouth. No no, i mean computer cookies. For more information on how to delete your cookies for your browser please go HERE
Now once your cookies have been deleted follow these steps to rest your password.
STEP1:
Login to LittleBigLand as you normally would:
STEP2:
After pressing the “Login” button you will be taken to this page:
Where it says “Forgotten your password? Click here!” Click there to reset your password.
STEP3:
Next you will be taken to this page:
Type in the email address you use for your account and then submit.
STEP4:
After that you will receive an email that will look like this:
Follow the link it tells you to and you will then see this.
STEP5:
Next you will receive another email that will look like this:
There it will say your username and your new password. Now go back to LittleBigLand and login with your new password and that’s it, you can now access LittleBigLand as you did before the change.
STEP6:
Now that you are logged in to LittleBigLand you may now want to change your password to something that you are more likely to remember. To do that go to settings:
After pressing settings you will then be directed to this page:
There you can follow the instructions to change your password to what you want.
