LBP Karting: Pre-order DLC & Release date

The announcement of LittleBigPlanet Karting was only yesterday, but retailers are already putting up pre-orders. One of them being Amazon.com.

 

They have box art up which says Move Compatible Along with a release date of October 31, 2012 and also Kevin Butler Pre-order DLC Pack. Which includes: the Kevin Butler Sackboy Costume and Executive Golf Kart.

 

 

However. You should not get your heart set on that release date. It could just be a placeholder date, or even if the date is official. A lot can change between now and then. But i would say it’s a place holder as other retailers have various dates.

 

As for the DLC. I wouldn’t go pre-ordering that just yet. remember the date, nor the DLC has been confirmed by Sony. Although the DLC will be legit. I think Amazon have put up the DLC so quick to beat other retailers for pre-orders.

 

So wait before you pre-order. Sony will no doubt announce a load of pre-order DLC at some point and what retailers you can get it from.

 

As for the Move Compatibility. That hasn’t been spoke about yet. But is sort of confirmed due to the box art on the Karting promo site. It will be interesting to see how they will incorporate Move into a Karting game though.

    Isn’t it kind of obvious how they will incorporate Move into the game? It’ll be like Mario kart where the controller is held side-ways and used as a steering wheel (I’m guessing with an optional move controller attachment of some kind).

    This looks awesome. I recommend you watch the trailer. Anyway. I when I found out this was coming out in October I was a little annoyed. Now I just hope it’s sooner. But at least it’s coming out?!!!

    I’d like to see a creation spotlight on creating tracks. What’s Little Big Planet without creation? I wonder if it will be like Modnation Racers creation? It looks like an AWESOME game!

    for anyone who says mod nation vs. lbp karting… if you dont know the people who made modnation are helping media molecule with this project so its not a competition at all because the people who made mod nation are also getting a fair share of the money… so there is no vs. in this situation
