You can download these onto your computer and then transfer them to your PS3 via a usb stick/usb hard drive or you can point your PS3 browser here and download straight to your PlayStation.

To download from the PS3 browser straight onto your PlayStation 3, move your pointer over the preview picture of the required theme, press triangle and select [Save Target]. The file will be saved to the hard disk. Go to (Settings) > (Theme Settings) > [Theme] to select the theme file that was saved to the hard disk and select [Apply]
