One of things that is immediately obvious when you fire up Little Big Planet for the first time is just how awesome the soundtrack is! I’ve tried playing Little Big Planet without sound while my misses is watching telly and of course its still lots of fun but the music just adds such a great depth to the game.
I did some searches a while back and couldn’t find much information on the music Media Molecule used for Little Big Planet. Today I remembered I never had done that post about Little Big Planets Music!
I remember watching an interview with someone from Media Molecule months ago before I knew very much about Little Big Planet, were he was talking about some of the features of LBP. One of the things he said was that the Music for Little Big Planet was going to be different from the norm, with some surprising artists.
Essentially 11 tracks are used in the game and they are all very different in style from funky to ethnic, laid backed to hectic! Many of the artists I have never heard of but all of them I am chuffed to have discovered
Here is the list of songs and where I can I have linked to the artists site or a page with a bit more information about them.
