Those of you who are using the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch app; LittleBigHub Will be pleased to know that there is an exciting new update available and this this new update includes some very cool new features!

Push Notifications will be an incredible tool because it adds the ability to pass up-to-the-minute LBP news to everyone who uses LBP Hub. Using Push, a team of LBP Hub news folks from around the community can send updates about new Mm Picks, DLC, Podcasts, and stories from around the community and keep users in the loop and up to date without requiring them to spend every minute of the day on the forums or LittleBigPlanet.com.
There is now music playing in the background of LBP Hub.This fantastic music was created in-game by WeirdyBeardy using Music Sequencers. In case you are unfamiliar with WeirdyBeardy, his music has been featured in many Mm Picked levels and he even has a music showcase that was Mm Picked.
As you navigate through LBP Hub you will now hear familiar sounds from LBP2. Thanks to community members Taffey/tsr13 and Tyler/Tyler_stewart who captured the sounds from the game, LBP Hub now sounds a lot more like LBP2!
LBP Hub now allows you to choose the amount of data you want to use by allowing you to opt out of retrieving user Avatars and Level Links when using the app. Before update 1.2, your device always downloaded all Level Links and user Avatars. Now you can choose to only download Level Links or to not download either which will cause the app to display a default image for Avatars and Level Links.
Along with features like Music, Sounds, and Data Management comes the ability to tweak all of these things to perfectly match your fancy. The Settings Menu allows you to adjust sound and music volumes from the Sound Menu and data settings from the Data Menu.
Hmmm.. but there seems to be another button in the settings labelled “Credits”? This is where LBP Hub acknowledges everyone who has given time to make LBP Hub possible. You’ll find details about LBP Hub’s beta testers, news hounds (who will be pushing news out to you through LBP Hub), artist, musician, and developer.
The LBP Hub Portal has added a new Podcast, Radio Playstation, as well as a new forum, LittleBigForum.
Along with all of these additions, v1.2 also fixes issues that have been reported by users and includes better memory management which should help the app to load faster and run more smoothly.
