In a summation; Changes are coming to moderation, star rankings are now available, Failed to load level is caused by two reasons; lag - leading to a timeout and level moderation that has not been updated, Lag, online multiplay runs at the lowest common denominator, so the slowest connected Sackperson will throttle everyone else down to their speed and it's in no way related to the LBP servers.
The Full Profiles message appears when your popit is too full, delete unwanted items to fix it. Sackbook.com has been taken down in order to sort out privacy settings and will return, LBP Merchandise will be available in the new year.
