Why? Well, the search function was broken. This was especially bad if you hadn't published a level before it broke as that meant that neither your level nor you yourself showed up in search.
Now, however it looks like the search function is working again. So if you published level recently and have heard from other people that they can't find your level now is the time to republish it.
This hasn't been confirmed by MediaMolecule yet, but many people are reporting that it works. Rejoice! :)
