We would like to extend fluffy Christmas wishes to everybody who visits Little Big Land, our fellow Little Big Planet fansites and everybody in the global PlayStation community. Huge festive cheer we send to the fantastical Media Molecule who created this wondrous place we love to visit.
Just to remind us of the true meaning of Christmas, PlayStationLifeStyle.net are running a story about Sergio Lenza, a Little Big Planet creator/designer who will give a gift to his friend’s family that they will never forget: people always say the best gifts are those that come from the heart and Sergio has created a level in memory of his good friend, Bobby Kilner Jr. who passed away July 24th, 2006. The level itself is a Christmas gift for Bobby’s sister. Sergio will be unveiling the level to Bobby’s family on December 27th. This gift was created so that “Bobby’s spirit could live on in any means that are made possible.”
Check out the level in LittleBigPlanet once it’s published on December 27th and feel free to heart both the author and the level.

The EU PlayStation store has just been updated. The remaining parts of the free Sackboy Santa costume – the beard and hat – are now available for download, as is the Festive Pack containing the Giftboy and Christmas tree costumes, festive stickers, wrapping paper material, a sleigh, Xmas light and other assorted Christmas themed objects and decorations. The Festive Pack costs £2.39

Level: Nightmare Before Sackboy
My first level on LBP. It’s a hard level to get through intact. There are a few issues, but they are minor. It was a big learning curve, but my later levels have shown the benefit

After yesterday`s sneak peak at next week`s Xmas Costumes, PlayStation Asia has confirmed that the Festive Goodies Pack will be arriving on the 16th in their PlayStation Store. This is what they have to say about it:

The Japanese Little Big Planet site is showing not only the Santa costume we get this week and next, but also a further 2 Christmas related costumes. The gift wrapped Sackboy in the bottom right looks like it has a price tag but we are unsure about the Xmas tree, which carries the date of 18th December

Level: Santa`s LittleBig Helper
A Christmas level just in time for the holiday season! Pretty basic as it’s my first level, and it’s not too difficult either. Has a working Sleigh Ride, a Christmas tree and lots of other cool stuff (all of which you can collect)
